Before you write in
Most questions are answered faster in the help centre — how escrow works, what happens if an artisan does not show up, how to get a refund, and how artisan verification works.
If you are reporting a problem with a specific booking, include the booking reference from the app and the date of the job. It lets us pull the record straight away instead of writing back to ask.
Reporting a safety incident
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the Nigeria Police on 112 or 199 first. Then tell us, so we can suspend the account and preserve the record while it is investigated.
Reports of this kind are handled by the trust and safety team, not general support. Nothing is shared with the person you are reporting.
