Tuse is built as a pair: one app for the person who needs the work done, one for the person who does it. They are two sides of the same booking.
For customers
Tuse — for booking
The customer app. Say what you need in plain words, get matched to verified artisans near you, see the price before you commit, track them to your door, and release payment only once the job is done.
Setting the spot is the first step: drop the pin where the work is happening, and the match runs from there.
Describe it, don't categorise it
"My AC isn't cooling" is enough. The app works out what trade that is.
Only verified artisans
ID confirmed, face matched, trade assessed, address and bank account on record.
Price before you book
No haggling at the gate. Any change to the price needs your approval first.
Tracked to your door
Follow the artisan in real time, with an ETA, from accepted to arrived.
Payment held in escrow
Your money stays in the app until the work is finished. Not before.
Ratings that mean something
Drawn only from paid, completed jobs. Low performers are removed.

The app for the people doing the work. Jobs come to you, in the area you choose, and the money reaches your account without a single follow-up call.

Which one do I need?
If you want a barber, a plumber, a cleaner or a chef to come to you, you want Tuse. If you are the barber, plumber, cleaner or chef, you want Tuse Artisan.
They are separate downloads with separate accounts. If you are both — plenty of people are — you can hold an account on each.
What it runs on
Both apps are available on iOS and Android, free to download. You will need a working data connection for matching and tracking, and location access so jobs can be matched to where you actually are.
What it costs
Downloading is free, for customers and artisans alike. Customers pay for the jobs they book, at a price shown before booking. There is no subscription and no charge for holding an account.
Your data
Verification means we hold identity documents, an address and bank details for artisans. That is the point — a badge is only worth the checks behind it. This information is used to verify and to pay, and is not published on anyone's public profile.
