•Book trusted runners for errands and deliveries

•Communicate securely and make payments within the app

3. User Responsibilities

•Provide accurate information when creating your account or requesting a service.

•Treat artisans and errand partners with respect.

•Pay service fees promptly through approved in-app methods.

•Use Tușe only for lawful purposes.

4. Artisan & Errand Partner Responsibilities.

•Complete assigned tasks with honesty, professionalism, and timeliness.

•Keep all user information confidential.

•Maintain up-to-date certifications and compliance where applicable.

5. Payments

Service charges and workmanship costs are displayed before confirmation.
Tușe uses a transparent pricing system powered by an AI-based estimator that suggests average costs depending on job difficulty and distance.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are handled under Tușe’s Refund Policy (see below).
Users can request a refund for failed or improperly executed jobs within 48 hours of completion.
Tușe reserves the right to review each case and approve or deny refunds based on investigation outcomes.

7. Safety & Verification

All artisans and errand partners on Tușe go through identity and skill verification. However, users are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any misconduct immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tușe LTD is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the negligence or actions of third-party service providers. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating safe, reliable connections and handling verified refund cases.

9. Account Termination

Tușe may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, harassment, or policy violations.

10. Updates

Tușe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
